Note: This module could be split per several sub-modules and extended according to needs and requests of beneficiaries, i.e. trafficking cases management within NRM, working tools and schmes of social staff, quality indicators, other.

2. Exhange of Best Practicies in the Field of Assistance to Trafficked Persons

Scope(s) of Module:

Strengthening of professional capacities in the field of trafficking prevention
Harmonization of topic approach at the regional level
Strengthening of the network of active organizations in the field

Beneficiaries: specialized employees who directly work with trafficked persons, including social assistants, case managers, psychologists, mediators at the national and international levels

3. Organization of Targeted Intensive Short-Term Programs of Assistance and Re-Integration of Trafficked Persons

• Elaboration of short-term program of reintegration for different categories of beneficiaries
• Evaluation of short-term reintegration programs

4. Identification and Interviewing of Trafficked Persons

• Creation/development of abilities of identification and interviewing trafficked persons
• Harmonization of identification and interviewing approaches

• Tasks and procedure of identification of different groups of beneficiaries
• Notion of interviewing and international standard of interviewing
• Assertive communication, provision of feed-back
• Organization and carrying out of interview

Expected Results:

• Application of trafficked person identification in compliance with international and national standards learning definitions and criteria of identification
• Elaboration of criteria and questionnaire for identification
• Elaboration of interview questionnaire
• Raise the level of knowledge of identification and interviewing techniques

5. Identification and Interviewing of trafficked children

Scope(s) of Module:

• Creation/development of abilities of identification and interviewing of trafficked children
• Development of abilities to work in multidisciplinary team
