Being launched on September 1st, 2001 , the Hot-line allows simultaneous assistance of up to three calls. 4 operators, experienced in phone counseling, manage the Hotline.

Who can apply to the hot line?

At the Hot Line can apply any person regardless of his/her age and sex, which:

  • Have received a concrete offer and is planning to leave abroad with different purposes: to work, to study, to marry, tourism and other and requires information for analyzing the offer and avoid the danger situations;
  • Want to leave abroad with different purposes: to work, to study, to marry, tourism and other but don't have a concrete offer and need general information for avoid the danger and risk situations;
  • Are the relatives of persons in captivity, exploited abroad and don't have the possibility to escape and need assistance;
  • Have escaped from the place of exploitation, came back at home and need help.

What information can you receive at the hot line?

General information about leaving abroad:

  • The VISA regime (the procedure and general necessary documents for obtaining a visa) of the country in which the person want to leave depending on the purpose;
  • Tips and recommendations how to recognize the risks and doubtful situations/to avoid the danger trafficking in human beings/to protect the rights and freedoms of migrants;
  • Different countries' legislation regarding migrant worker, marriage with foreign countries citizens, studies;
  • other useful information.

Information about leaving to work abroad:

  • How to check the truthfulness of the agency that offers employment abroad as well as of the offer;
  • Ways, procedure and necessary documents for employment abroad;
  • Procedure of working visa / work permit obtaining;
  • Other useful information.

Information about going abroad with the purpose of tourism:

  • How to check the truthfulness of the tourism agency;
  • Information about how to obtain a tourist visa;
  • Useful tips that belong to going abroad in tourism;
  • Other useful information.

Information about going to study/au-pair system abroad:

  • Information about au-pair system;
  • Procedure, requirements, documents and other;
  • Procedure of study visa obtaining;
  • Information and recommendations.

Information about going to marry abroad:

  • Possibilities to register the marriage;

Consultation concerning social assistance:

  • Assistance to trafficked persons in recovering and repatriation;
  • Assistance to trafficked persons in rehabilitation and reintegration;
  • Social assistance to returned trafficked person's family;
  • Info support to the relatives of the trafficked persons, in the cases it's address is not known;
