Argument

The access to the information about the migrants, the threats of trafficking and risks of illegal migration is limited enough especially in rural areas, where is concentrated the highest number of migrants and potential migrants. The population is still poorly informed and has a limited access to the few and at the same time dispersed existent sources if information, at the moment still lacking one unit, which would gather the whole amount of literature for informing the population as an integral, consistent and logic flow.

The problem of information deficit affects as well the professional groups, which are in direct connection with the potential migrants. Or, one of the most important objectives of these groups is to educate via ensuring the access to the information for the potential migrants.

The experience demonstrates that since the people are more informed about the threats and the way how to recognize the first signs of difficult situations in order to avoid the risky situations, the criminals adjust the used methods to the new situations and invent other. By this, it becomes very important the campaigns for prevention, conducted permanently by a "sharp eye", based on a full analysis, towards adjusting the information and the informative campaigns for masses to the new realities.

The mission of the Resource Center is to ensure transparency of the information system via providing large access to the information for the potential migrants, including the liaison with the clients into the informational sources through direct and indirect support. By this, it will be intensified the information system at the national level.
