Elaboration of informative and educational materials

The informative materials for the victims of trafficking elaborated by the Contact Center have an informative character and in fact aim at facilitating the access to direct assistance, contacting the Hot Line. These materials have been elaborated by qualified psychologists, in such a way that their content to be an encouraging one and help the victims of trafficking in human beings to identify themselves, to encourage them to call the Hot Line, to inform them about their rights, including data, contacts and useful advices. Instructional materials for the professional groups (social assistants, psychologists etc.) have the aim to familiarize them with the peculiarity of the process of identification and providing assistance to the victims of trafficking in human beings, acknowledging their psychological statute as the result of suffered trauma, the international standards recommended in the field of human rights, including for the victims of trafficking in persons.
