• Participation to the elaboration of the draft Mechanism of Collaboration between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and civil society, 2006
  Results: on April 7, 2006 have been worked out proposals for the elaboration of the Mechanism of Collaboration between the Government of the Republci of Moldova and the civil society (the normative base, collaboration forms, objectives and principles etc.).

• Participation to the elaboration of the draft Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the government of the United Arab Emirates with regard to prevention, combating and authorization of the trafficking in human beings and punishment for such infringements, 2006.
  Results: on February 20, 2006 has been prepared a commentary to the mentioned draft Agreement and submitted to the Center for Combating the Trafficking in Human Beings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (10 proposals).

• Elaboration of the Mechanism for monitoring of the National Plan for prevention and combating the trafficking in human beings, 2005
  Results:
  1. Elaboration of the draft Decision of the National Committee for combating the trafficking in human beings, from January 2006 with regard to setting up the common system of monitoring the implementation of the National Plan for prevention and combating the trafficking in human beings;
  2. On February 10, 2006 the draft Decision has been approved by the National Committee.

• Participation to the elaboration of the draft Law for modification and supplementation of some legal acts (Code with regard to the Administrative Infringements, Penal Code, Law on education, Law on tourism, Law on entering and exiting the Republic of Moldova)
  Results: on November 11, 2005 there has been elaborated a commentary to the draft Law and submitted to the Center for Combating the Trafficking in Human Beings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (eight proposals). All proposals have been introduced into the Law.

Participation to elaboration of the draft Regulation of the National Committee for combating the trafficking in human beings, 2005
Results:
1. There has been elaborated a commentary to the draft Regulation and submitted to the Ministry of Justice;
2. The Regulation has been approved by the Government in August 2005 (Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 775 dated August 1, 2005)

• Participation to elaboration of the draft National Plan for prevention and combating the trafficking in human beings, 2005
  Results:
  1. participation in the meetings of the interdepartmental Working Group for elaboration of the draft National Plan (March-April 2005);
  2. synthesis of the materials received from the members of the working group into a single document and elaboration of the draft Government Decision (May-June 2005)
  3. the National Plan has been approved by the Government via the Decision No. 903 dated August 25, 2005.

• Participation to the elaboration of the draft Agreement on cooperation between the NIS member states with regard to prevention and combating the trafficking in human beings and punishment for such infringement, 2004.
  Results: on August 12, 2004 there has been elaborated a commentary to the draft Agreement and submitted to the Government; there have been submitted six (6) proposals for draft Agreement improvement.

• Participation to the elaboration of the draft Law of the Republic of Moldova on prevention and combating the trafficking in human beings, 2004-2005
  Results:
  1. On March 30, 2004 there has been elaborated the first commentary to the draft Law and submitted to the Government; there have been submitted 19 proposals for improving the draft Law;
  2. On July 5, 2005, together with Amnesty International Moldova, there has been elaborated and submitted to the Parliament the second commentary to the draft Law (on behalf of the International Center "La Strada" have been submitted 14 proposals). On July 26, 2005 the representative of the "La Strada" Center was invited to the meeting of the judiciary committee of the Parliament; six (6) proposals have been fully accepted and inserted into the Law, four (4) – partially, other four (4) have been rejected.
