Being elaborated by the International Center "La Strada" with the financial support of OSCE mission in Moldova, the present publication represents a resume of the most relevant normative documents (as integral documents and excerptions from them) with regard to the phenomena of human trafficking in the Republic of Moldova and can serve as reference book for the representatives of law enforcement authorities from the republic, trained for combating the phenomena (lawyers, criminal investigation officers, employees of the Center for Combating in Human Trafficking etc., including those from the territories). It can be of a real use also for the representatives of central and local public administration, which deal with counteraction to human trafficking, non-governmental organizations which are active on this field, any interested persons.

Available in Romanian, Russian and English language, the publication will be distributed to the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking, Police Academy "Stefan cel Mare" and Center for Combating Human Trafficking of the Ministry for Internal Affairs, Supreme Court of Justice, as well as other specialists in the domain.
